A Version of the Truth started off as if Cassie would never get it together. Cassie was a woman with dyslexia, whom everybody thought never amount to much. Cassie was a down on her luck, unemployed, widow. Cassie gets the idea to apply for a job under the pretense of having a 4 year degree.



OK, we knew this book would end where it did. This story in some form or another has been told many times. It had its moments. While it wasn't the greatest story ever told, it was the worst. That's why I rated it a little above average.
